User’s personal data is processed in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 Journal of Laws Dz. U. No. 133, item 883 as amended) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 Journal of Laws Dz. U. No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
All words, expressions, and acronyms found on this page starting with a capital letter (e.g. Administrator, Customer, Online shop) are to be understood in accordance with the following definitions:

Administrator takes the utmost care so that the personal data of Users is processed according to law, collected for specific purposes in accordance to law and not submitted to further processing that is not in compliance with those reasons, essentially correct and adequate to the purposes in which they are processed for, and stored in a manner that allows the identification of the User no longer than it is required to reach the goals of processing.
2. THE PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Typoforge can collect the Customer’s personal data in order to:
- to conclude a sales agreement or agreement for the provision of services by electronic means (e.g. Account)
- and for a marketing of Administrator’s products.
Administrator shares personal information with companies and individuals to perform functions on behalf of Typoforge, for instance: delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Administrator may process only the following personal data of the Customers:
– a first and last name, contact details (such as your address, telephone number and email address), a delivery address, a home or other physical address. In case of the Customers who are not consumers: business name, VAT numer.
Customer acknowledges that providing personal data referred to in Article 4(2) is voluntary but necessary to enter into and perform the sales agreement.

Cookies are small data files containing information, frequently including a unique identification number or value which, as a result of using this transaction software and entering this website is stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer.
Administrator can use the following cookies:
- essential cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of Typoforge Site. They include, for example, cookies that enable the Customer to log into secure areas of our Site, use a shopping cart or make use of e-billing services.
- analytical/performance cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors which helps us to improve the way our Site works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
- functionality cookies. These are used to recognise you when you return to our Site. This enables us to personalise our content for you and remember your preferences (for example, language or region).
Information on how to block cookies can normally be found within the help features of the browser. If the Customer uses the browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) he may not be able to access all or parts of our Site.
Administrator processes also anonymised performance data (server logs – IP address, domain name) for the production of statistics that serves for the administration purposes. These data are collected on an aggregated and anonymous basis and will be not disclosed to third parties.
4. THE BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Providing the personal data is voluntary, but it is necessery to enter into engagement.
The Customer Personal data shall only be processed insofar as processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. The legal grounds for processing these data is the consent from the persons to whom such data pertains in the meaning of Article 23 par. 1 item 1) of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 or that the Exhibitor is authorised, in conformity with the binding legal provisions, to process the data of those persons on other grounds. Legally justifiable goal is in particular: direct marketing of Administrator’s own products or services and asserting a claim of the business activity.
Customers being physical persons are aware of the fact that they have the right to inspect their personal information that is processed, as well as the right to supplement, correct, and update such information. The consent to process personal data may be revoked at any time.
As part of the right to control the processing of buyers personal data, the buyer shall, in particular the right to block the processing of his/hers data because of its special situation by sending an appropriate information by electronic mail to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
5. THE FINAL PROVISIONS
Administrator implements adequate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the processed personal data, and, in particular, secures the data from unauthorised access.
The access to an Account only after providing an individual login and password established by the Customer.
Typoforge works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information of the customer’s input.
No system can guarantee absolute security. However, Typoforge takes every reasonable precaution to assure that the customer’s data is secure.
